Frequently asked questions

How do I report a bug or issue?

Use our Submit Issue page to report a bug. Include the app name, device model, Android version, and steps to reproduce. We review every report.

My data disappeared — what should I do?

For cloud-synced apps like Expense Tracker, sign out and sign back in to trigger a re-sync. If data is still missing, submit an issue immediately with your account email and we'll investigate.

How do I update an app?

Open the Play Store, search for the app, and tap Update if available. We recommend enabling auto-updates for Codingloop apps to always have the latest fixes.

Is my data private?

We never sell user data. Cloud-synced apps (like Expense Tracker) store data securely in Firebase with per-user isolation — only you can see your data. Offline apps never leave your device.

Can I use Codingloop apps on iOS?

Currently our live apps are Android-only. iOS support is planned for upcoming apps. Follow us or check back on individual product pages for updates.

How do I delete my account and data?

In-app account deletion is coming. Until then, email us at support@codingloop.in with your registered email and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
